My professional background includes owning and operating a family childcare business, co-managing a dance and fitness studio, and leading a growing virtual assistant agency. These experiences sharpened my ability to manage complexity, support multiple stakeholders, and build systems that allow businesses to operate smoothly behind the scenes.
